I am the mother of one amazing daughter with special needs. Most of my free time is spent supporting the local programs that work with those who have special needs. Special Olympics Forsyth County and Bearfoot Ranch are two of the local non-profit organizations that are all very near and dear to my family.
My family and I relocated to Forsyth County from Illinois in 2011; leaving behind 10 years as the assistant to the property manager for the largest privately owned restaurant group in the Midwest. I chose to take a leap of faith and take my real estate knowledge in a different direction and pursue my aspirations in residential real estate.
I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help buyers and sellers utilize all components when negotiating the best price for the most important purchase or sale they will ever make, their home!
I ask a lot of question! Asking questions helps a buyer realize what characteristics and features are most important; and furthermore, what they are willing to pay for them. With sellers these questions are designed to evaluate the features of the home in today’s market to determine what is the right price for their home based on their specific needs.
Communications is an important factor… I’m always conscious of keeping my clients aware of the market and how it may affect their purchase or sale. My philosophy is to pick up the phone! Yes, there are cases when that isn’t possible. But you can always expect a quick response; if not from me, from one of my team of agents.
I have a love, and some say a natural talent, for staging and design. I enjoy creating custom marketing flyers that stand out to buyers. We’ll work together to present a property that is the best one available to potential buyers. I hold an ASP designation (accredited Staging Professional), and will provide a full home staging consultation as part of my Advanced Property Marketing program.
My goal is to always have a satisfied client that will refer me to a friend!
